Allergen Information - Special Dietary Needs

In order to ensure that Tonasket School District Food Service Department is aware of your child’s particular dietary restrictions, such as food allegories or diabetes, the parent or guardian will need to complete the Request for Special Dietary Accommodations form.  This form is required to be signed by a Physician and must be submitted to the School Nurse.

The Tonasket School District provides milk and water at all meal service times.  If your child is lactose intolerant, you must submit a Request for Special Dietary Accommodations form.  Tonasket School District will provide unflavored soy milk to students who are lactose intolerant and have a completed Request for Special Dietary Accommodations on file.  Families also have the choice to send a beverage to school to supplement the school meals.  Tonasket School District is not allowed to provide juice as a substitute beverage when it is not on the menu.

The Tonasket School District Food Service provides milk and water at all meal service times.  If your child is lactose intolerant, an alternative drink must be supplied by the family.  The Tonasket School District does not provide milk substitutions without a Request for Special Dietary Accommodations signed by a Physician as outlined above.
